Can anyone please tell me where I would find things such as how to enter and receive a purchase order? Or how to reconcile credit card statements. Basic Admin duties. Mostly everything I see is for call center or doing a tech call but nothing for Admin.

A lot of your Admin tools are located at the gear icon in settings, top right next to profile picture.
