How do i stop a Technician from applying payments. I'd like to make it to where only office staff can "apply payments"

Great question! You are able to submit an idea if you click into the tab "Ideas" at the top of the page.

How would i go about getting a permission put into Service Titan for this?

Hi Jeremiah, by default, all managed techs can click into add a payment onto the invoice from mobile. There is no permission to remove this.
