Can ServiceTitan please make an update to give us the option of making it *required* for dispatch to select a technician when booking a job please? 🙏
Our team, including myself, have made the mistake of booking a job without assigning a technician on accident. Some of us have learned to double check the dispatch board but during a rush, it's easy for our dispatcher to miss.

Its a bit redundant but you could make mandatory custom field for a technician for the job booking page
Go to the Settings menu.
Select Operations from the list.
Select Custom Fields.
Create a new custom field. Assign the custom field to the Job Record > Call Screen. Name the custom field to reflect the Technician assignment. For example, "Technician Name:" or "Technician Assigned".
Set the custom field as a required field.
Save your changes.
