We recently noticed that when sending statements to customers either by email or printing, the "Please remit to:" at the top right is blank underneath. Where can we add this information? I have looked under email settings, business units but haven't found it yet.

There should be a separate line for just statements - as our logo has the address included in it. Please make this an option in the future

Hi there! Are you able to the check the business unit of the invoice number that is in your example and make sure that particular business unit has your company's information listed in the business unit settings?

This appears to still be an issue. The please remit to on our statements for customers is blank even though in our business unit settings, under the address section, we have our business address info all filled out. Is there a way to input the remit to information? It'd be great to be able to enter our accounting address info as it varies from the address info we have under the Address section in our business unit.

Yes, I did go back through and make sure any BU's had the address attached to them even if one was deactivated.
