Good morning!
The reason this is happening is because your QuickBooks Integration page has the Customer Mapping set to Service Location Address.
Please watch this loom that I created. It will explain the differences between the 3 choices.
If you decide you want it changed, let me know and I can help you with that. Keep in mind that since you have been exporting to the location level, if you choose to change to customer level, there will be some errors to work through until all the changes get updated.
