Payment Collections is a new way for your team to collect payments and deposits, manage overpayments, and move payments between invoices. Enable this workflow and you can save a collected payment as a customer credit via a sold estimate, project, invoice, or customer record, and, ultimately, freely apply them to outstanding invoices. Plus, with Payment Collections, you'll be able to easily locate past payments taken, along with their associated invoices, and leverage our automated refunds workflow.
Account configuration is not required to collect payments and deposits if you're currently using the ServiceTitan Web Connector with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, or Intacct. All other customers should reach out to their CSM to enable this feature.
