Starter customers can now use Purchasing and Payables, allowing for greater ROI with increased product capabilities.

Purchasing saves your team time with an in-app PO management system, allowing you to track your PO throughout its life cycle — including the creation of a PO, sending it to the vendor, receiving the shipment, and recording the vendor invoice. Payables streamlines the time-consuming process of accounts payable management and replaces it with an easy-to-use solution, allowing customers to enter, approve, and send payments to vendors with just a few clicks in ServiceTitan.

The Purchasing module will replace legacy purchasing, which will be retired by Oct 31, 2022. ServiceTitan customers using legacy purchasing can get ahead of the upcoming sunset by migrating now.
