ServiceTitan Forms allow you to create standard operating procedures for your Technicians in the field. With Conditional Logic, your Forms will only show relevant questions to your Technicians to save time in the field and the office.
We've created a few Forms with Conditional Logic built-in that you can download from TitanExchange! These include:
- HVAC Residential Scope of Work Form (Conditional Logic)
- Vehicle Inspection Form (Conditional Logic)
- Heating Checklist (Conditional Logic)
To access, go to Settings > TitanExchange > Networks > ServiceTitan Best Practices > Explore More > Search "Conditional Logic"

We use the Tech Debrief form. Current logic used is When "Closeout" Button is Tapped, it will prompt the form. Conditions for Follow up needed are assigned in the form. No allows the tech to complete the job. Yes will prompt other questions about what follow up is needed. We also have one that will apply tag to notify that the form was completed. Once the form is completed and the job is done, it will email a Completed Form Alert to the appropriate parties, that include a link to the job and another for the form.
I am curious about the Conditional logic- "In future releases, we will expand the list of actions supported to include actions such as adding a tag to a job, or adding a task for an office user using task management." Is this available now? and if it is, how do you set this logic rule?
