One thing I have done before dispatching is send the tech a message from the dispatch board to check their tablet for their next job in X city. It's not as informative as a job details but communicates that they have a job and which direction. Only time I'd advised against this is if they have special instructions to pickup parts etc. But yes, I'd love this feature if we could do that. Hope this helps.
Same, we send Job details to the techs first to get their ETA and also before the office closes with their first job details of the next day so it would be helpful to have, as well as a Send All for Job details of a given time.
We have multiple techs on a job at each day and many different jobs. We should be able to send job details to all of them without clicking into each of the jobs especially because when we do it causes lagging.
