Is there any way to hold a call booking? We only book our appointments a few days in advance and advise any customers that call in that we will call them the day or so in advance before we are in their area again.

I think the best thing to do in this situation is to make a task for the office employees. Click your ServiceTitan Person icon then click Task Management to send a reminder to an office employee.
