Do you have house icons on your dispatched board?

I think I see what your talking about. Like for us, the techs that are currently dispatched but not yet arrived don't have their picture on the map. They don't show up at all. I can see how that would be annoying, it looks like they aren't even working. I wonder if this was done on purpose by ST, it doesn't make sense to have it that way. Maybe you should bring this up with support, because I'm sure your not the only that is affected by it.

Yes, like that. My issue is ST said they can no longer keep the house icons on the screen when a tech dispatches, NOT ARRIVES. How do we know how close a tech is if the icon disappears when he just dispatches? Makes no sense at all. I just wanted to know if it is just us, like ST always says, or if it is everyone.

You mean on the dispatch board map right? They're on our map currently, but I'm not sure if anything has changed. See below. Our dispatchers don't ever really use the map, so I don't know if I am much help.

I wonder if this is something you can turn on and off?

Let me check with dispatch and see if they've noticed any differences!
