Some of the leads we run aren't "real" leads -- there was no opportunity for a sale. Is there a way to reclassify these calls so they don't effect our sales guys closing ratios? I've tried changing the call type and business unit but it doesn't work.

Hi,

Yes!

In the Business Unit you can set a setting to count everything as a non-opportunity (I don't recommend doing this)

or

You can go into the job and click the pencil/pen icon and then you can select "No Charge/Non-Opportunity" (You will probably want to do this)
