Today, after several calls this week, I was informed by customer service that the estimate template cannot be altered, much like the invoice template.
While the document does state that the information is an estimate, multiple times, customers are seeing that the estimate is in the exact same format as our invoices. This view, and an assumption, is leading customers to believe they are being billed for something that they have not approved.
WE NEED AN ESTIMATE TEMPLATE IN DOCUMENT TEMPLATES!
The ability to further customize an estimate has a direct correspondence to good customer service, best practices, and better conversion rates.
