Filter for forms on customer or location page

Is there a way to add additional fields to the forms section? We have a form that we would like to be able to see at a glance when the last time it was completed. I am attaching a screenshot here. It defaults to the form name and status. We would like to be able to see the date completed as well.Screenshot 2024-02-15 at 12.15.06 PM.png

What I do is go to the Search screen and select Forms and than search for that specific form. Maybe that will help?
