ST needs to make PDF forms work properly on the admin side.  When an admin tries to edit a PDF form, there are glitches and issues with drop down layout, but on the mobile side it works fine.  Please fix for admin side.

Hello, thank you for the response.  Changes to actual form were done in Adobe and are displayed correctly.  However when form is uploaded into ST and edit form options are selected as an admin, the options are not displayed correctly and/or missing characters. This is a known issue by ST, which I have been informed off.  I have posted this in an attempt to get them to correct the issue.

PDF forms are currently designed to be edited on mobile only. If you need to edit anything on a PDF from office side, it is best to download the PDF, make the changes in Adobe Reader, delete the old PDF and upload the new edited PDF.
