If you have someone who is well trained in your processes, or have the time yourself, we like using Scribe to make these. I like to start our team members with the ServiceTitan training to get the system training, and then use Scribe to make processes that include our business specific rules for how to do something, then export them as a PDF that people can either refer to on their desktop, or print to take notes on if they prefer.
