Work Flow Office HVAC and Plumbing

Hello, All!

We are a small plumbing company that has recently added a separate LLC HVAC company. So it's like a parent owner and two branches running out of one office. 

Any suggestions on work flows, invoicing, Quickbooks, taxes, insurance, and dispatching would be greatly appreciated! We have the BUs set up, the invoices, and bank accounts all set up. But details and suggestions on how to do a daily work flow would be awesome!
