Why is it possible to send customer statements and outstanding invoices in bulk via email, but not via text message? ST has the capability to send invoices via text message, but for some reason, you have to do it one at a time. We have hundreds of customers that receive invoices/statements via email and never even open them. Can ST please give us the capability to send out text message in bulk too?
