Hi, I submitted an application for the partner program a while back and am trying to see if anyone might be able to offer any information on how I learn more about the status. I submitted the form per the instructions on the website here:

It's been at least a month or more, and I've yet to hear back anything and nothing in my inbox or phone despite leaving my contact information. I was hoping someone might be able to suggest a point of contact so I can learn more.
