Is there someone out there that can give advice on inventory??

We have had inventory on since last year but have not been using inventory til now.  I have a mess on my hands with open Po's and negative numbers.  Spoke with customer service today but I feel like there is an easier way to get us back to a zero in all trucks and warehouse.

Hello,

Oh that is not fun at all and a tough own. And there is no easy solution, and all solutions are a lot of work. I would close all PO. Make it so nothing is outstanding. Then you could do a full inventory then adjust everything or do a new warehouse with the counts so it is all correct? Then you have a clean slate to start over and move forward using the Inventory in ST.
