How to add completed jobs to existing customer

New to using Service Titan. We have builders we do several jobs for a week.

What is the best way to catalogue all jobs under same builder that uses same products for 10 jobs/week without creating individual jobs and bookings?

I think I am confused on the question, but I would think that you could use appointments for this.
