What is the best way to generate a report or search for discounts? For example, we have coupons the techs can select in the Pricebook. How do you get that report?
Thank you, Donna! I appreciate your response. I just found another way. Reports > Create Report > Technicians > Invoice Items > SA Item Price (sort smallest to largest to get the -$30 etc and the Item Description shows the offer.
One option is to go to the search page and select "Invoice", then go down to "search by invoice items" and put in what you have it listed by, like coupon or discount. Then you can export it to Excel.
