We would like to have the Job on hold completion form that I created for our techs to be able to be Triggered are a Required form when they put jobs on hold. Right now, that is not an option. Is there a way that ST can make that happen?

Hi,

You could basically just have a area for if the job is on hold that the tech would fill out. Such as:

Are you putting this job on hold? If so why?

(Why the job is on hold)

If it isn't on hold the tech just doesn't fill out the form?

Or are you saying that since the job isn't being closed out that you can activate the form that you want since it is on hold. If so I do not think there is a feature for that yet. It might be a good idea for the ideas section!

This is for when the are putting a job on hold, for them to answer required questions. Not looking at on hold jobs

Hi,

If you are trying to just get a list of all jobs on hold then you could go to the bottom of the dispatch board and click the link "Hold" and that will show you all the jobs on hold?
