Yes. When I send a message and I am waiting for a reply, it can take a while, but there is no notification sound. I hear the ding like you for dispatch and completed jobs, but it also needs a notification sound when we send messages and receive them....

I see how that would be really cool for most. We have a lot of older customers who can't figure out texting, so this feature would not be good for them, but I can definitely see the appeal of having a feature like this.

We would like to have the Job on hold completion form that I created for our techs to be able to be Triggered are a Required form when they put jobs on hold. Right now, that is not an option. Is there a way that ST can make that happen?

There is a blue dot that appears on the dispatch board on some calls, next to the time clock. It is only on certain calls on the island (a small town), and it's not on all the island calls, just some of them. What does this blue dot mean?

Is there a way to create a notification or alert for our techs that will notify them when a job is moved to their schedule? Right now our technicians are not notified when we move jobs around.

Re: How do I get CHAT to ding like Dispatch? If I'm on a different screen I can't see that someone sent a chat. Would be nice if it made a ding like dispatch or just a noise in general.

Re: Hi, after speaking with support I've realized that there isn't a way to customize a message for each tech that goes out prior to the scheduled job. I have a video for each tech and was hoping to be able to add a unique URL to each tech's message.
