Looking for some suggestions on a "friends and family" referral program through ST? How do you set it up/track it?

We utilize two methods for tracking this. We set up a custom field in the job booking which is used for for the name of the person who referred the new customer. You can then export and filter a report from the search function to see who and what reward they get if any. This applies more for customer referrals. For friends and family we have a tag that gets added to the job and customer/location pages and have an invoice task added to any jobs for a discount. Hope this helps.

Our company created a separate Business Unit for referrals, and then we put in each reference as a Technician. We give 10-15% of the subtotal to company that refers us. So, after the job is complete, we create a Payroll Adjustment for the company that referred us for 10-15% of the subtotal, and capture those referrals via report on a monthly basis.
