It would be so great if Service Titan had a feature where we could enter in phone numbers to call out to, to try and gain new customer without creating a new customer profile. We are not even sure if we can get the person to sign up with us and would have to make a bunch of useless accounts if they are not going to be used. It is not time friendly to create accounts with only knowing the phone number and possibly a name. We end up using our office address for this right now, and then go back later through customer list to deactivate the accounts.
I have thought that maybe one dummy account could be used, but still not very useful in the long run.
