Memberships should not be active until the invoice have been paid, this also goes for recurring monthly membership that are on Auto Billing.  It should automatically be suspended/deactivated if a card is declined, and an alert e-mail goes out to staff.

Wow, this would be great! Does this happen automatically, or is this something we need to set up?
