I am attempting to organize our commercial recurring services and need to set up tasked duration times but have some questions. How is everyone attaching their tasked duration times to each recurring service? The price book code we have set at zero so that we may edit the amount being charged at the time of visit, but by doing this it also attaches the 0 tasked duration hours associated with the recurring service. Any ideas?
