I'm looking for Best Practices for updating a Location Record from the field. A location's attributes can change in between visits. The mobile app doesn't allow for updating the location record in the field. How are others getting the data updated?

I personally do not use the text feature from Service Titan. We just contact each other through work cell phones.

It maybe old school, but my technicians text or call me immediately if location information needs to be updated. Then I immediately process the change while on the phone with the technician. That has been my easiest. If we are super busy, the technician will inform us on the invoice to change the address and we can update it before batching and sending the customer the invoice.

That's correct. Does anyone have a good process for getting the data from the field to the office to update information?

You can make changes through office view of service titan. But I know you cannot in mobile view.
