Does anyone know of a way to check for technicians doing side jobs on ST? Other then the minimum dollar threshold alert, is there another way to figure out if a technician is stealing business?

Good morning, New to Service Titan and I am wondering if it is possible to mirror my tech's screen from my desktop, in order to help them when they have question.Thanks

I'm looking for Best Practices for updating a Location Record from the field. A location's attributes can change in between visits. The mobile app doesn't allow for updating the location record in the field. How are others getting the data updated?
