Is there a way to have a discount or fee automatically add to the invoice with another item? Say we have an afterhours call when the After Hours Service Call is added to the invoice it will automatically add a premium fee to the invoice as well.
Dynamic pricing would help you with that for adding on a fee. As for a discount, you would need it to be connected to a membership program for that to be an automatic thing.
