How would I add a custom material/equipment to the estimate without having that material/equipment inside the price book? Whenever I am building the estimate on the mobile side or the office.
Is that something possible inside the Service Titan?
Hi yes it is always recommended in your pricebook to create an item for Services, Equipment, and Materials as a "Generic Item" so you can customize it when building estimates/invoices in the office or in the field.
