The ST-58 Feature Release has 27 core improvements and 1 Pro improvements.

Key Feature Improvements:

1. Technician Forms: Track and report on non-job events like safety meetings and truck inspections without having to book and filter out dummy jobs.
2. Enter payments for multiple customers in the same screen: Save time by entering multiple payments for different customers at the same time.
3. Added Appointment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Jobs Data Set: Achieve better job reporting accuracy with new appointment KPIs that let you see how you’re performing every step of the way.

I am not seeing the ability to add multiple customer payments on one screen.  Is it possible my update hasn't occured yet?

@serickso as of March 14th, 2022 all ServiceTitan accounts have ST-58 features available. It looks like the ability to enter payments for multiple customers on the same screen is feature gated. Please contact your success manager to release the feature gate called "Enable Payment Collections (fka Advance Payments)".
