Heatmap on the Dashboard

We are having an issue with our heatmap on the dashboard. We are located in Wisconsin, but when we pull up the heatmap it shows California. My boss has asked support about this issue. The answer he gets is we have addresses that are not verified and jobs for that day that have not been completed. Has anyone else had this issue and found a work around?

I contacted support and I was told that it is a known issue and they will be releasing a fix in the near future.

We are having a similar issue, and we noticed it after an update we had on Monday night.  I do not think all of a sudden it centers on LA when we can scroll up to Oregon and see our map and it reflects accurate information

Hey Miranda! This is expected. Jobs appear on the heat map when the job is completed, the location is verified, and the invoice meets or exceeds the job type sold threshold.
