I believe Service Titan could greatly benefit from a fully customizable user interface. Imagine being able to adjust the system to fit your daily needs perfectly: toggling dark mode for easier viewing in low light conditions and to help with headaches, changing font sizes for better readability, customizing the menu bar layout, and even pinning your most frequently used items for quick access. This level of personalization would not only enhance user satisfaction but also increase efficiency across various roles within the company.
Yes I know how to do the chrome extension however I always have to switch back and forth depending on what I am doing. It's inconvenient.
