Hello! New to the community from the city of Chicago working for a multi-trade business (plumbing, heating, cooling, electric). I am a heading a office restructuring project and recently came across Dispatcher Pro. I am cautiously intrigued by the benefits and the reduction of human error as a former 9-1-1 emergency dispatcher. I am looking to connect and network with anyone who is currently using this add on for Service Titan and would like to pick your brain on a few questions in regards to usage and implementation as it pertains to value. Like most of these add-ons they are not cheap and just want to make sure we are going in the right direction and the actual benefits out weight the cost.
