Hello, In the process of onboarding ST Software, It has been a night mare with communication. Set up was not finished when they moved us to a customer service rep in another time zone who is extremely unresponsive. Takes days to respond and then passes us off. Some basic setup issues have not been completed and can't get anyone to assist. Has anyone experienced this and have any recommendations?
