Recorded Phone Calls

Good morning, I'm looking for a way that the service/sales tech can make a call to the customer without being dispatched and it be recorded. We recently found that if you go to the follow up tab and regardless if we sold something or didn't the tech can change it to "ALL" and search the customer information and call them however I recently discovered that the call is not recorded in service titan as a recorded call or that the tech even went into the profile to follow up. If anyone has suggestions to this that would be great. Thank you for your time. Have a blessed day.

If you are talking about just with follow ups, it should record the call that the technician makes. If they click the "call the customer" button, it will record the call under the opportunity and save it in that opportunity. Capture.PNG
