Something happened with the notification sound that disappeared in these sessions with the Help Center. Whenever I used to chat with support in the past, every time they respond, I would hear a notification sound, now I don't hear it anymore. Now it's silent. This started not too long ago.... it's only silent for ST chats, because I hear other notifications from my calendar reminding me of meetings and I can hear recorded phone calls from ST...
This is obviously frustrating because I'm doing other things and not staring at my screen for a response. The I get timed out of the chat and have to start all over.
I've looked in the settings for the Chrome Browser, but everything is on. My tab is not muted
