Is there a toggle somewhere that will allow the Comfort Advisor task to count as a conversion for the service technician? When they flip the lead it is showing 0% conversion for that call. I understand it is because they sold a $0 estimate for the Comfort Advisor, but it is one of the most valuable conversions there is. Why should the service tech show a bad day for doing a great job?
