Have you ever written a Vision Board (individual) - this is such a fun activity for team building. This year we are writing a TEAM Vision Board focusing on our 4 Categories in our company Titan Advisor. This team build is a little harder because it's the ideas of the team not individualized. I believe it is a fun, action plan generated activity to increase our tool usage and continue to enhance our Customer Experience.
