We're a small Generator/Ductless/Electrical company south of Boston MA. We've been using Service Titan for about 2.5 years, but we're just now finally starting to utilize the system in a more in-depth way. Fist post to the community here, but I have lots of ideas, and so far this group has been super helpful in figuring out what we're not doing!
