When we create a "Lead" the system is creating a "Project" and that isn't what we want to do. We do want the connection information but not a "Project" job#.

My guys all have the "enable phone capture" clicked and it isn't working for them as of 4/25/23. Did they by chance do an update and this got kicked out?

Also now, the system sets an appointment and closes the one I am working on, everytime I change the time or anything. It is getting very confusing.

Hello, does anyone charge interest for deliquent accounts?

Is anyone else having a problem with the system creating a "Project" everytime a "Lead" is created?

Has anyone see this on the Appointments? I copied what the "Appointments - FAQ" says happens when a tech asks for an appointment. I don't receive a mssg or SMS. Nothing shows in the "Alerts". The system seems to automatically create a new appt.

I have seen where several people have asked about signing documents electronically. (docusign, etc...) Can anyone tell me if as of today 4/28/21 if Service Titan has this capability?
