leverage this for capacity planning? We leave calls unassigned until
dispatched and struggle to make ACP work properly.
PEOPLE>TECHNICIANS>EDIT TECH>PERMISSIONS TAB You can choose whether or
not technicians have permission to edit prices. We don't have any
Pricebook items under Discounts and Fees, so I can't provide much help
in that regard. Hopefully this helps!
If you go to reports, create a report, Type: Technician, Template: Jobs,
under the "other available columns" there is "Lead Generated By". I
believe this will achieve what you're looking for, but there is probably
a sales report that does it better.
