How can I build a report to show outbound calls booked? The only thing I
have come up with is to have the agents tag those jobs as OB booked. Any
suggestions before I implement this?
I was looking for something easier, less time consuming on our CSRs. The
solution I came up with was to create a tag "OB booked" which I can use
as a filter to find the outbound booked calls easily. Thank you for your
help.
