Payroll Approval (Must a human really login every weekend to send out timesheets)

Anyone have any creative solutions for this? It cannot be automated at this time per ST. Not that it takes a long time, but making a point of reminders, etc. every weekend to get it done is the point. Cannot imagine there is not a better way!
