ST lacks a full audit trail throughout the entire platform. Sad but true. There is little to no accountability for anything.

ST is not software, it's crapware. We had 12 support tickets during implementation alone, and many more afterwards. Even QBs wasn't that bad...

Sounds like you need new estimators. We run between 60 and 80%. When I was in the field I was at 90+%.
