It is a ST link. It takes them to pay.myservicetitan.com, which is a customer portal and it shows them the invoice and allows them to pay online with a credit card. Then We can batch it with the rest of our payments that we take daily. I'm sure you have a "Success Manager" who could help with setting that up.
