It would be great if Service Titan had the capability to alert us when a job has been on hold for a number of days.

An example: Call has been on hold, waiting for a part. After a time period of 2 days we'd like something to alert the dispatcher that this call needs their attention so it doesn't get forgotten.

We Log a Task for these types of follow-ups as well. The Task Feature has been a huge benefit to Service Titan.

We set reminder tasks when a job with a due date a few days out. The task gets closed when the job is scheduled. An email goes out when the task is over due.

Hi @ELVA WOITO? We have figured something out that works really well for us. I get an alert when a job has been on hold after 3 days so we can update the client and also check on where the equipment is.
