Mimic "Add To Batch" functionality to Bill Screen

Mimic the "Add to Batch" button that already exists on the Invoice screen and add the same functionality to the Bill screen.

Would save a lot of time!

100% agree and have asked for a ton of increased features on the accounting screen as it is hard to work with at larger shops.  Would be nice if the same filtering were also available on the entirety of the accounting screen that exists in other modules in ST.
